We have two cabins in Gatlinburg and two lake retreats about 30-45 minutes away in Talbott and Dandridge. The Gatlinburg cabins offer mountain views and easy access to downtown attractions, while the lake properties provide a quieter setting near Douglas Lake and Cherokee Lake—ideal for fishing, boating, or a peaceful escape from the crowds.
Both Gatlinburg cabins feature hot tubs and stunning mountain views. The Talbott and Dandridge properties are lakefront retreats that emphasize space, privacy, and lake access rather than mountain panoramas—perfect for larger groups or guests seeking a more relaxed waterfront experience.
Early check-in is available upon request and depends on the cleaning schedule. Just reach out before your arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Standard check-in is 4 PM, and check-out is 10 AM.
Our Talbott property has a 30-day minimum stay, making it ideal for remote workers, extended family visits, or guests relocating to the area. The Gatlinburg cabins and Dandridge property accept shorter bookings with typical 2-3 night minimums depending on the season.
Cancellation terms vary by property. Most of our stays offer a flexible policy with a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Check your booking confirmation for property-specific details, or reach out if you have questions.
Gatlinburg is a year-round destination. Spring (April–May) brings wildflowers and mild hiking weather. Summer is the busiest season—great for families with full access to all attractions. Fall (October–November) is spectacular for foliage and is the most popular time to visit, so book early. Winter offers a quieter escape with Winterfest lights, lower rates, and snow on the mountains—perfect for cozying up in a cabin hot tub.
Currently, our Gatlinburg cabins do not allow pets. If you’re traveling with a pet, please contact us directly before booking and we’ll do our best to point you toward the most suitable option. Pet policies are subject to change, so always check the listing details or reach out to confirm.
Both Gatlinburg cabins are within 5–10 minutes of the park’s main entrance at Sugarlands Visitor Center. From there you can access popular trailheads like Laurel Falls, Alum Cave, and Chimney Tops, as well as the scenic Cades Cove loop. It’s one of the biggest advantages of staying in Gatlinburg—world-class hiking is literally right outside your door.
Dollywood is about 20–25 minutes from our Gatlinburg cabins in nearby Pigeon Forge. It’s one of the most popular day trips for families staying with us. We recommend going on a weekday to avoid peak crowds, and many guests combine it with a visit to the Titanic Museum or the shops along the Pigeon Forge Parkway on the way back.
Both Gatlinburg cabins include a private hot tub, full kitchen, high-speed WiFi, smart TV, washer/dryer, and dedicated parking. The Rooftop Retreat features rooftop deck seating with mountain views and a game room, while the Sweetgum Lodge offers panoramic mountain vistas, a game room, and multiple levels of outdoor living space. All linens, towels, and starter supplies are provided.
Book direct for no surprise fees, local host support, and flexible options—whether you want a mountain cabin near downtown or a peaceful lake retreat.
