If availability allows, we offer free early check-in or late check-out as a day-of option, depending on last-minute reservations. Please note that this option is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we offer this option for a fee, depending on date and availability. You can add this to your reservation after you book by contacting us to arrange this option.
Another option for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out is to reserve an additional night. This way, you can enjoy more time at our rental without having to worry about any scheduling conflicts with other guests.
As for early check-in/out, we want to provide clarity and flexibility for our guests. Early check-in means checking in after 11am, and late check-out means checking out before 3pm. Please note that any time needed in excess of these hours would require an extra day’s reservation to ensure that we have enough time to clean and prepare the rental for our next guests.

Thank you for your interest in our rental! We are open to commercial photography and filming, but we ask that production companies first contact us to discuss their needs and prepare a release contract. We also ask that producers be prepared to discuss different reservation terms and rates, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our rentals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you will still consider our rental for your next trip.
If you need to cancel your reservation outside of the cancellation period, we offer two options. First, you may cancel your reservation and if your reserved dates are re-booked by another guest, we will refund you the amount of the re-booked days. Alternatively, you may transfer your reservation to a qualified guest. Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all reservations, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
