The Garden House is nestled in a serene neighborhood, ideal for those seeking calm and connection. To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that you respect the following policies:
No Parties or Events
- Parties require prior host approval. Additional fees and guidelines apply.
- If a party is suspected, guests will be contacted before check-in and must respond within 72 hours to avoid cancellation.
- Unauthorized parties will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
- Smoking or vaping indoors will result in eviction and a $250 fee.
- Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the garden area near the fire pit.
No Illegal Drugs
- The use of illegal substances, including marijuana, is prohibited and will result in eviction without refund.
- A $250 fee applies if discovered post-checkout.
Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Courtesy
- Outdoor quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM.
- Turn off string lights near the fire pit by midnight to respect neighboring homes.
Guest Limits & Age Requirements
- Maximum overnight guests: 10. Day visitors welcome with prior approval.
- Additional guests over 10 will incur a $250 fee per person.
Pet Guidelines (Dogs Only)
- Dogs must be leashed in public areas and never left unattended outdoors.
- Clean up immediately — $10 per cleanup or hole repair fee if required.
- No pets on furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left alone indoors.
- Please notify us of pets in advance; additional cleaning fees may apply.

- Early check-in and late check-out available for $25/hour, pending availability (within 48 hours of arrival).
