This quiet neighborhood has a 20 MPH speed limit with frequent stop signs. Street parking is allowed and if needed please do not block any neighboring driveways.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $350 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE COLLECTED SEPERATE FROM YOUR BOOKING.
As long as no house rules are broken, no damages, no unauthorized/extra guests, and no excessive cleaning then the deposit will be refunded to you after your stay.
