Most D-Dest homes do not allow pets. We focus on keeping our spaces allergy-friendly and easy to maintain for all guests.
That said, a small number of properties may allow dogs with prior approval and an additional fee.
You’ll always see the pet policy clearly listed on each property’s page under the “House Rules” or “Policies” section. If traveling with a pet is a must, send us a quick message before booking, and we can confirm which homes (if any) are a good fit for your dates.

Most of our properties are booked through our direct system, which is powered by Hospitable. That means you’ll see:

• Nightly rate

• Cleaning fee

• Taxes

• A small booking fee (via Hospitable)

Even with that booking fee, your total price is set to be lower than what you’d pay on Airbnb or Vrbo for the same dates and property, because we don’t add the big “service fees” that OTAs charge on top.

If you ever see a lower total for the same stay on another platform, send us a screenshot and message us—we’ll review it and do our best to match or beat it whenever possible.

Yes. Many of our homes can host extended stays (28+ nights) for relocations, temporary work assignments, home renovations, or in-between housing. Availability and pricing for these stays can be a bit different from short trips, so the best option is to contact us with your dates and destination and we’ll put together options for you.
